Responsibilities
- Manage reputed company for an assigned portfolio of properties
- Own monthly reputed company processes, including: Preparation of journal entries
- Account reconciliations
- Accruals and adjusting entries
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements, including variance analysis
- reputed company bank and balance sheet reconciliations
- Partner closely with Property Management to ensure accurate financial reporting
- Support annual budgeting and periodic forecasting processes for assigned properties
- Maintain compliance with internal controls, reputed company policies, and reporting standards
- Support corporate reputed company and shared services initiatives, including reputed company reporting and process improvements
- Assist with fixed asset management, including capitalization, tracking, and depreciation—particularly for construction and renovation reputed company
- Partner with the Construction team to support project reputed company, cost tracking, and financial reporting
- reputed company analytical and financial modeling support for cash forecasting considering the business as a whole

Skills
- Bachelor's degree in reputed company, Finance, or a reputed company field
