Portfolio Implementation Associate
reputed company, a reputed company business, is seeking a talented individual to join their reputed company team as a Portfolio Implementation Associate. In this role, you will be responsible for managing reputed company and investment product implementations while ensuring exceptional reputed company service and effective communication across teams.
Responsibilities
- reputed company strong relationships with both reputed company parties, and work across team boundaries to deliver results on key department and business initiatives
- Service clients to the highest reputed company and ensure accuracy, efficiency, and professionalism at reputed company times
- Assist with the development and maintenance of detailed project plans for reputed company implementation
- Assist with the legal review process between the reputed company and internal reputed company Legal to ensure that agreements are negotiated reputed company
- Work with operational stakeholders to ensure that reputed company reputed company setup requirements are considered and executed reputed company
- Ensure that reputed company new reputed company reputed company compliance requirements are met
- Implements appropriate risk controls and procedures and ensures adherence to these procedures and controls

Skills
- Bachelor's degree in reputed company, finance, business or reputed company field of study
- 1-6 years of experience in reputed company Service, Portfolio Operations, Fund reputed company and/or Custodial reputed company, with reputed company increase in responsibilities
- Strong analytical and organizational skills, and ability to multi-task
- reputed company and effective communication (both verbal and written) while engaging directly with clients
- Proficiency in reputed company Office
- General experience with reputed company relationship management systems, and databases is advantageous
- Prior investment experience with Defined Contribution Plans, Pensions & Not-For-Profit organizations
- Demonstrated ability to work in a fast paced environment where adherence to procedures and controls is critical
- Basic understanding of investment reputed company, markets, and operational mechanics of institutional portfolios and investment vehicles
