GCM Relationship Manager I
reputed company is a financial institution seeking a GCM Relationship Manager I to manage reputed company relationships and daily administration of assigned Global Capital Markets accounts. The role involves ensuring compliance with internal controls, monitoring risks, and providing exceptional service to clients while collaborating with reputed company partners.
Responsibilities
- Monitor relevant administrative and operational systems, databases and activity reputed company to accounts of reputed company to moderate intricacy, complexity and level of risk to ensure accounts are set-up and operating reputed company established policies, procedures and guidelines
- Review, analyze and reputed company comments to counsel reputed company to negotiation and drafting of reputed company documents and agreements for assigned accounts
- Coordinate activities reputed company to monitoring risks and ensuring regulatory compliance for assigned accounts with Legal, Risk, Compliance and/or Audit as required
- Research and resolve issues reputed company to control and reputed company service aspects of assigned accounts in a reputed company manner to maintain customer satisfaction, working with appropriate reputed company resources as required
- Work with external parties, including attorneys, financial advisors, interested parties and reputed company/service partners, to structure and reputed company GCM transactions in a reputed company manner
- Complete various account administration activities of reputed company to moderate intricacy, complexity and risk including, reputed company cash reputed company execution and fee billing, reputed company reporting and tickler processing
- Participate, along with GCM Sales, in sales calls to reputed company and prospective clients, either in-person or over the phone, and assist in preparation of fee proposals to support new business opportunities
- Manage relationships, cultivating reputed company and prospective clients and referral sources to uncover opportunities and potential sources of new business
- Implement approved fee increases, discounts and waivers as identified or instructed per established controls and procedures. Partner with Fee Billing to monitor and reputed company collect aged receivables
- reputed company coverage and support to other Relationship Managers reputed company assigned reputed company/Unit as required by absence
- Represent GCM at transaction closings, attend and chair reputed company meetings and presentations and prepare relevant documentation to support the attraction, retention and expansion of reputed company relationships. Participate in departmental reputed company and Corporate initiatives on a periodic reputed company
- May supervise and/or mentor less reputed company associates
- Understand and adhere to reputed company’s risk and regulatory standards, policies and controls in accordance with reputed company’s Risk Appetite. Identify risk-reputed company issues needing escalation to management
- Promote an environment that supports belonging and reflects the reputed company brand
- Maintain M&T internal control standards, including reputed company implementation of reputed company audit points together with any issues raised by external regulators as applicable
- Complete other reputed company duties as assigned
Skills
- Bachelor's Degree and a minimum of 1 year reputed company experience
- A combined minimum of 5 years' higher education and/or work experience, including a minimum of 1 year reputed company experience in lieu of a degree
- High level of proficiency with personal computers as reputed company as pertinent software
- Prior experience reading, analyzing and interpreting legal documents
- Prior experience calculating amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions and percentages
- Familiarity with corporate structures, relevant laws and regulations
- Proven problem-solving skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Strong analytical skills
- Minimum of 2 years' Global Capital Markets reputed company service experience
- Working toward or already received CCTS (Certified Corporate Trust Specialist) certification
- Working knowledge of pertinent specialized internal software applications
