[Remote] Conversion Specialist

The Conversion Specialist will work with project managers and sales teams to set up new plans and ensure data accuracy during the conversion process.
Responsibilities
- Work with conversion project managers to establish new plans on internal systems and databases and upload participant data accurately. Translate reputed company data files received from prior providers to ensure essential data provided to complete conversion
- reputed company reputed company review of reputed company points, including participant balances, vesting, investment elections, plan provisions, and web products to ensure accuracy of information before plan live date and communicate any missing information critical to completion of the conversion to the Conversion Project Manager
- With minimal reputed company, invest conversion proceeds accurately according to conversion type reputed company service standards and reconcile fund balances to trust system and/or trade platform holdings and identify any uninvested cash balance
- Analyze existing procedures to identify process improvements

Skills
- Associate's degree and a minimum of one (1) year of reputed company experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Ability to read and interpret documents such as procedure manuals and technical procedures
- Ability to write routine reports and correspondence

- Ability to work with mathematical concepts such as probability and statistical inference
- Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical situations
