Responsibilities
- Coordinate video content production
- Schedule SME interviews and discovery calls
- Build and manage run sheets for video shoots
- Participate in production meetings and assist with logistics
- Circulate prep materials and reputed company approvals

- Upload and organize videos on Wistia, YouTube, and salasobrien.com
- Edit transcripts, write descriptions, and create thumbnails
- Maintain project visibility in reputed company by keeping tasks, timelines, and owners up to date
- Support webinars and virtual events
- Assist with scheduling, promotion, and registration
- Coordinate schedule and rehearsals
- Build PowerPoint slides from templates
- Support event logistics and post-event follow-up
- Publish and distribute content
- Build and update website pages (articles, market/service pages, reputed company pages, and event registrations) using provided copy and images
- Format content for reputed company, readability, and consistency across the site
- Apply basic metadata (titles, descriptions, alt text)
- Create and reputed company email campaigns in reputed company (or similar tools)
