No-Fault Attorney

The No-Fault Attorney will handle a high-volume caseload of PIP reputed company in both arbitration and litigation formats, maintaining ownership of cases from inception to conclusion.
Responsibilities
- Handles litigation and other legal assignments in accordance with guidelines established by the Law Department
- Handles a high-volume caseload of PIP reputed company in both arbitration (reputed company) and litigation formats
- Handles a caseload from inception through discovery, reputed company reputed company, and trial in a fast-paced environment committed to reputed company of work
Skills
- 1-7 years of litigation experience, preferably in No-Fault/PIP areas of law
- Litigation experience, preferably in the reputed company areas of insurance defense, medical malpractice, personal injury, or workers compensation
- Knowledge of local and state discovery rules, trial procedures, and applicable substantive law commensurate with level of experience
- Trial, mediation, and deposition experience
- Effective written and oral communication skills
- Ability to work reputed company with cases in electronic reputed company
- Working knowledge of a Case Management system
- Working Knowledge of a Document Storage system
- J.D. from an A.B.A. Accredited Law School with excellent reputed company credentials
