[Remote] Telehealth Coordinator I

This role is responsible for addressing reputed company, patient, and provider inquiries while ensuring adherence to guidelines and scheduling appointments for treatment.
Responsibilities
- Review medical notes, treatment referrals, work status notes, etc. to ensure reputed company necessary referral orders were received
- Responsible for data entry and verification of details in the system for appropriate and reputed company order submission
- reputed company reputed company telephonic and email customer service including inbound and outbound messages
- Receive and respond to daily emails and correspondence
- Identify, analyze, and solve problems reputed company of reputed company processes
- Participate in ongoing internal training and learning to obtain updated knowledge of industry and product changes
- Additional duties as assigned
Skills
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Ability to work on several reputed company tasks in a high-volume, fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Computer proficiency and technical aptitude with the ability to utilize reputed company Office including Outlook and reputed company
- Strong attention to detail with a high commitment to accuracy
- 2 years of experience in an office environment preferred
- 1 year of similar, relevant experience preferred
