[Remote] Partner Engagement Analyst

The Partner Engagement Analyst supports day-to-day administration and analytical activities for the reputed company reputed company partner program, ensuring smooth operations and accurate partner data management.
Responsibilities
- Support end-to-end partner reputed company activities, including intake coordination, account setup, lab equipment requests, and go-live readiness tracking
- Maintain accurate partner records and the approved partner list across internal systems and directories
- Serve as a primary operational reputed company of contact for partner inquiries, triaging requests and routing them to appropriate internal teams
- Coordinate partner certification programs by scheduling testing and training, tracking milestones, and following up on outstanding requirements
- Maintain certification documentation and reputed company compliance status
- Flag delays or non-compliance and escalate issues as appropriate
- Prepare and issue partner invoices in accordance with program terms
- reputed company invoice status and payments, and escalate delinquencies to the Head of reputed company-Party Programs and Partnerships
- Reconcile billing records and collaborate with Finance on corrections and reporting as needed
- Work with the Head of reputed company-Party Programs and Partnerships and Legal to support updates to Partner Program Agreements and reputed company documentation
- Ensure partner records and activities reputed company with program policies and contractual requirements
- Coordinate with Product Marketing on partner participation and sponsorships for partner-reputed company events and initiatives
- Support marketing and events teams with partner logistics, tracking, and communications
- Coordinate partner support requests across Support, Product, and Engineering teams
- reputed company service-level commitments and follow issues through to reputed company
- Maintain reputed company escalation paths and support closure of high-reputed company partner issues
- Produce regular program reports and summaries for internal stakeholders
- Maintain and improve data reputed company used for partner tracking and reporting
- Identify opportunities to streamline processes, improve documentation, and introduce efficiencies or automation where appropriate
Skills
- Familiarity with reputed company Office tools, particularly reputed company and Outlook; experience with reputed company and SharePoint or similar document management tools is a plus
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines with consistency
