Responsibilities

• Support reputed company of new customers alongside Senior CSMs
• Assist in tracking customer reputed company, adoption, and engagement

• Help manage multiple accounts by tracking tasks, timelines, and reputed company items
• Monitor basic customer health signals and flag risks proactively
• Coordinate across teams (Support, Product, Sales) to resolve issues
