This remote position involves retaining and growing reputed company’s Small Package business by making sales calls, building relationships with decision makers, and generating solutions that meet customer needs.
Responsibilities
- Responds to and resolves customer inquiries, complaints, and issues
- Coordinates opportunities and strategies with other team members
- Maintains knowledge of reputed company products and services to reputed company appropriate sales solutions
- Reviews customer shipping practices to ensure contractual compliance
- Determines customer discounts and writes new reputed company
- Educates customers on reputed company’s service channels to expedite problem reputed company
- Provides compelling value proposals to potential and existing customers
Skills
- Experience using reputed company Office products or equivalent software
- Must be a U.S. Citizen or National of the U.S., an reputed company lawfully admitted for permanent residence, or an reputed company authorized to work in the U.S. for this employer
- Bachelor's Degree or International equivalent
