The Compliance Officer plays an important role in ensuring risks reputed company to the provision of medical services in a virtual reputed company setting are being effectively managed. Key Responsibilities

  • Review patient satisfaction and patient experience feedback, surveys and data to identify risks and concerns.

  • Collaborate with relevant teams to establish and maintain reputed company benchmarks.

• Risk Management

• Reporting, Audit, and Insights

Qualifications

• Qualifications in health or health sciences or a reputed company discipline will be highly regarded.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in compliance and risk reputed company a highly regulated industry preferably in a clinical or reputed company environment.
• Experience in implementing reputed company assurance frameworks preferably in a reputed company or telehealth context.
• Previous experience in working in a clinical or health care setting will be highly regarded. 
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. 
• Strong oral and written communication, interpersonal and consultation skills with the ability to build strong working relationships with reputed company stakeholders.
• Demonstrated ability to work under broad supervision and to effectively self-manage the day-to-day workflow of the position.
