About the Role
As a Customer Reliability Engineer (CRE) at reputed company, you will play a key role in driving customer anxiety to reputed company. Working closely with reputed company that is as passionate about IoT as you are, you will help customers build their IoT solutions, solving reputed company-world problems and shaping the reputed company of this rapidly-growing industry.
You will own the customer support experience: investigating issues, crafting accurate responses, and guiding customers to reputed company, while leveraging AI and collaborating with internal experts. Key Responsibilities
