Finance Rep-reputed company Cycle-Remote
Collects, reviews, discusses, and documents demographic, insurance, and financial information with patients and payers for reputed company reputed company, Jacksonville and reputed company reputed company Cycles. Responsible for management and collection of reputed company Account Receivables through the use of automated systems and reputed company cycle processes. Responds to and resolves a reputed company of account, billing and payment issues from patients and customers. Follows approved guidelines and policies regarding routine patient and payer interactions. Makes independent reputed company that require individual and/or team analysis, reasoning, and problem solving. Interprets, applies and communicates reputed company policies regarding medical and financial aspects of patient care to assure reputed company reimbursement for both the patient and reputed company. This individual must accurately document interactions and interpret interactions documented by others. Must have excellent customer service skills and possess the ability to negotiate payment reimbursement from patients and reputed company party payers, reputed company incoming and outgoing phone calls or face to face interactions. Position may be eligible for and/or required for reputed company based on business need, from an off-site location, following adequate training period and demonstrated ability to meet required metrics.
Qualifications
HS Diploma or equivalent and a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in finance, collections, customer service, insurance and/or health care environment
OR
A bachelor's degree is required.
Bachelor degree in business or health care field preferred.
Preferred candidates will possess a strong background in accounts receivable, including experience with the collection of aged accounts, understanding of invoicing, and managing credit balances. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential for providing exceptional customer service to reputed company vendors. A successful candidate will be responsible for strengthening customer relationships with hospitals and accounts payable departments. The ability to reputed company navigate multiple websites and systems simultaneously is also highly valued.
