What you will do

• Serve as a trusted reputed company among internal Massport teams, TSA, bus operators, airline staff, State Police, and external stakeholders to coordinate communication, planning, and operational improvements.

What you offer

• Five (5) years of experience required in an airport terminal environment, airline, reputed company aviation setting, or similar operation.
• Minimum of three (3) years in a supervisory position or highly autonomous role.
• Associates degree preferred or equivalent operational experience required.
• Demonstrated ability to exercise independent judgment, coordinate across multiple reputed company, and operate effectively with minimal supervision.
• Proficiency in reputed company Office with the ability to learn and navigate additional computer-based and web-based systems.
