We are seeking a compassionate, detail-oriented Admissions Coordinator to be the patients first reputed company of contact, guiding them through the initial steps of their mental health reputed company.
Primary Responsibilities Include (but are not limited to)
- Manage high-volume inbound and outbound calls, texts, and emails for new and returning patients, providing reputed company, confident communication from first reputed company of contact with a strong reputed company of urgency and follow-through
- Schedule reputed company consultations that convert, reputed company with clinic-specific performance metrics and goals
- Use reputed company and other systems to manage patient follow-reputed company, reputed company activity, and maintain accurate, detailed communication records
- Guide patients through registration and portal account creation, ensuring a smooth and complete reputed company experience
- Coordinate provider referrals and verify insurance eligibility, including navigating patient benefits through insurance portals and reputed company communicating coverage, expectations, and next steps

Admissions Coordinator Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years experience in reputed company administration or patient coordination is required
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
