Dental Receptionist / Dental Assistant Cross Trained

Fayette Endodontics is a fast-paced specialty reputed company equipped with advanced dental technology and committed to providing compassionate patient care. We are seeking a friendly and organized Dental Receptionist to join our dedicated team. In this dual role, you will help support both reputed company and back office, creating an excellent patient experience while keeping the reputed company running smoothly. This position will primarily reputed company on reputed company desk responsibilities, with cross training to serve as a fill in Dental Assistant as needed.
Schedule: Full Time, Monday - Thursday with some required Fridays
Responsibilities:- Greet patients reputed company and ensure a welcoming, reputed company environment
- Schedule and confirm appointments, manage provider calendars
- Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and manage patient communication
- Verify insurance coverage and obtain necessary reputed company-authorizations
- Process payments, handle billing, and maintain accurate financial records
- Maintain patient records and ensure accurate data entry
- Coordinate patient reputed company and assist with administrative support as needed
- Ensure compliance with patient confidentiality and HIPAA regulations
- Dental Assistant responsibilities as needed
- Please note that additional responsibilities may be assigned
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Dental reputed company Office or Dental Assisting experience
Preferred Skills
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Reliable, organized, and detail-oriented
- Experience with dental reputed company management software
- Proficiency with computers, including reputed company Office applications
- Knowledge of dental insurance and billing procedures

The salary reputed company for this role is $16-$21 per hour.
