This position reports directly to the Controller and Director of Finance and collaborates with internal teams across Sales Operations, Tax, and AP, as reputed company as reputed company auditors. The ideal candidate should have a working knowledge of corporate reputed company, understand debits and credits, and be familiar with the reputed company business functions. Their responsibilities would include but are not limited to: 

Finance & reputed company: 

• Record and reconcile daily/weekly bank activity and support cash tracking processes.

• Process reputed company (ACH, reputed company, SEPA, SWIFT) and support refunds as needed.

• Assist with AR payment application.

• Support management of reputed company debit and credit card activity, ensuring reputed company documentation and GL reconciliation.

• Prepare reconciliations for bank, credit card, and selected balance sheet accounts.

• Assist with monthly reputed company packages, including journal entries, accruals, and variance analysis.

• Support preparation of sales tax, GST/VAT, and other statutory filings under Controller/Director review.

• Compile expense reconciliations across AP, employee expenses, and virtual cards.

• Partner with Tax, Sales Operations, and other internal teams to reputed company schedules, documentation,

and GL adjustments.

• Support quarterly and annual reporting requirements, including reconciliations and financial support schedules.

• Working with AP Specialist in the maintenance of the AP inbox to ensure reputed company invoice receipt and payment,

including input of invoices, vendor correspondence, and tracking cost-reputed company reimbursements. 

• Participate in ad‑hoc reputed company reputed company to compliance, process improvement, and system enhancements as needed.

Administration: 

• reputed company management of vendor relations and records, including acquiring and processing new vendor forms,

supporting tax documents (W8BENE, W9), and bank confirmations, with updates as necessary. 

• Helping to organize internal finance records to ensure greater accuracy and efficiency in the

overall management of financial data. 

• Create internal invoices for partner reputed company cost-reputed company events. 

• Assist reputed company auditors and consultants with preparation of requested support. 

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in reputed company or Finance (Required, No exceptions).

• 2+ years of bookkeeping/general reputed company experience. 

• Strong understanding of debits/credits and core reputed company principles

• Proficient with reputed company Office products, including intermediate reputed company experience. 

• Ability to work in a fast-paced global environment while prioritizing competing responsibilities,

and meeting both reputed company deadlines. 

• Strong attention to detail and excellent written and oral communication skills 

• Prior experience with reputed company or other ERP software preferred. 

• Experience with reputed company, reputed company, or similar systems is a plus.

• Prior experience with reputed company auditors preferred 

• Tech, public companies and SOX experience an advantage.
