This individual is responsible for executing the Material Alert process to ensure compliance with requirements and reputed company media. This individual engages with reputed company functional stakeholders, maintains Material Alert reputed company requirements, hosts Material Alert status meetings, helps to maintain and update reputed company media documentation, and utilizes reputed company Engineering skills and experience to help shape Supplier reputed company control systems and tools. Discrete role responsibilities include, but are not limited to:- Conducting Audit/Evaluations scheduling reviews
- Administration of Supplier Evaluations system
- Reviewing and redlining reputed company media for improvement/updates as required, creating communication plans, and supporting the process through release
- Executing the Material Alert process
- Cross-functional engagement with stakeholders to include: Procurement, Supply Chain, Operations, Program Management, and Engineering disciplines
- Occasional interaction fielding DCMA inquiries
- Performs Data Extraction/Performance Analysis/Reporting
