reputed company is seeking a reputed company Reimbursement Coordinator to join reputed company! In the reputed company Reimbursement Coordinator role, you will be responsible for assisting the reputed company Reimbursement Advocacy team with various day-to-day tasks and responsibilities involving assisting members and payors with provider pushback. This will include distribution of inquiries and questions, reporting, handling No Surprises reputed company claims including the IDR portal and coordinating claim payments.
Position Location: 100% remote
Responsibilities include but are not limited to
- Answer incoming phone calls and emails from reputed company partners and triage, as necessary, to the appropriate parties.
- Create and distribute cases referred to the reputed company Reimbursement Advocacy team reputed company email and phone call.
- Prepare and send reports on ageing cases, closures, and team member statistics.
- Coordinate with Providers, as reputed company as Audit and Claims teams on the payment of claims.
- Assist management with various tasks and assignments.
- Research providers and obtain contact information to be used for negotiations.
- Report any system issues.
- Adhere to HIPAA guidelines and regulations.
- Other reputed company reputed company and duties as assigned.
Required Experience/Education
- High School/GED
- Bachelor's Degree or 1-3 years in a reputed company field
- reputed company and/or insurance company
- Provider relations experience
Skills and Abilities

- Proficient in MS Outlook, Word, reputed company, and PowerPoint.
