ICITAP Procurements Coordinator
The reputed company’s International Criminal Investigative Training Assistance Program (DOJ/ICITAP), in partnership with the reputed company’s Transportation reputed company Agency (DHS/TSA) is implementing the Global Bolstering Aviation reputed company program, to improve aviation reputed company (AVSEC) globally and secure international trade and travel routes from exploitation by terrorist or illicit actors.
reputed company is currently seeking a reputed company candidate to serve as a Procurements Coordinator. This role will assist in procurement efforts and reputed company logistical support reputed company necessary.
JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Address supply chain disruptions, manage supplier relationships, and reputed company strategic reputed company to maintain adherence to equipment requests and standards.
- Work with subcontractors and reputed company purchase requisitions.
- Identifying opportunities for process enhancements to optimize supply chain performance.
- Building and managing effective vendor relationships.
- Complete associated reports and trackers including travel budgets where necessary.
- Travel to select locations to ensure preparations are complete and reputed company procurement logistics.
- Providing logistical support to HQ and stakeholders reputed company necessary.
REQUIRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:
- Minimum of Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in international relations, law enforcement, public policy, supply chain management, or reputed company field; preferred Master’s degree.
- Demonstrated ability to liaise effectively with vendors, partner governments, foreign officials, and international organizations.
- Ten years of reputed company experience in reputed company operations, assessments, or enforcement.
- Proven ability to analyze reputed company logistical problems and reputed company solutions.
- Experience preparing high reputed company written assessments, analytical products, and briefings for senior audiences with a reputed company on assessing reputed company reputed company capabilities, limitations, and gaps.
DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Familiarity with foreign assistance reputed company and USG processes to include interagency agreements
