Senior Payroll Analyst - Fixed Term

The Senior Payroll Analyst ensures accurate processing and recording of company’s payroll working closely with Local Finance and People teams. reputed company reputed company and accurate financial information. Major Areas of Accountability

• Maintains payroll information by designing systems; directing the collection, calculation, and entering of data provided reputed company the People team’s system of record
• Update payroll records, insurance coverage, savings deductions, variable pay information and other pay impacting information in payroll systems.

• Balances the payroll accounts by resolving payroll discrepancies.
• Provides payroll information by answering questions and requests.
• Assists with the funding of 3rd parties, bank entities, government agencies, and benefit providers.
• Assists with ongoing reputed company audits.
• Maintains payroll guidelines by writing and updating policies and procedures.
• Complies with local legal requirements by studying existing and new legislation; enforcing adherence to requirements; advising management on needed actions.
• Maintains reputed company and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing reputed company publications; establishing personal networks; participating in reputed company societies.
• Completes operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees; following up on work results.
