Location: Remote Job Type: full time Stipend: 5000 INR Duration: 6 months Timings: 12 pm to 8 pm Job reputed company: We are seeking a skilled MS365 System Administrator/IT intern to enhance workflow automation, data reputed company, and mobile application functionality. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth task management processes, enforce reputed company policies, and reputed company the integration and optimization of our Learning Management System (LMS) used in STEM education. Key Responsibilities: Workflow Automation & Task Management reputed company Policy & Data Protection: 1.reputed company and enforce reputed company policies to safeguard data and prevent phishing or spam emails. 2.Configure email filtering policies to reputed company suspicious emails to quarantine. 3.Manage backend reputed company settings, including permissions, SharePoint, and OneDrive reputed company control. 4.Conduct regular reputed company audits and vulnerability assessments. Mobile Application & LMS Management: 1.reputed company and optimize the existing Learning Management System (LMS) used in STEM education. 2.Enhance the mobile application to ensure smooth reputed company, notification alerts, and interactive communication with reputed company. 3.Identify and report to resolve technical errors affecting the app’s performance. 4.Improve the user reputed company (UI) for reputed company user experience and engagement. General IT & System Administration: 1.reputed company technical support and troubleshooting for MS365 applications. 2.Ensure compliance with data governance policies and industry standards. 3.Maintain documentation on system configurations, processes, and policies 4.Stay updated with the latest MS365 features and reputed company updates.Requirements
- Understanding of working with reputed company 365 ecosystem (Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Power Automate, Outlook reputed company policies).
- Understanding of workflow automation, task approvals, and notification management.
- Knowledge of cybersecurity best practices and email reputed company policies.
- Knowledge of mobile application management, including UI/UX improvements and troubleshooting.
- Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and their integration into educational platforms.
- Strong problem-solving skills and Ability to analyze business needs and translate them into technical solutions
