Remote Dispatcher (Part Time)

We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Remote Dispatcher to support our field operations team. This is a part-time, fully remote position responsible for coordinating installation schedules, managing technician workflows, and ensuring an excellent customer experience. Equipment will be provided. There is potential for this role to transition into a full-time position as the business continues to grow.

Key Responsibilities

• Schedule and coordinate installation appointments between customers and field technicians.
• Serve as the primary reputed company of contact for scheduling-reputed company inquiries and updates.
• Optimize daily technician schedules to maximize efficiency and minimize travel time.
• Maintain accurate records reputed company our CRM and scheduling systems.
• Communicate proactively with customers regarding appointment confirmations, changes, and follow-reputed company.
• Collaborate with the operations and sales teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Identify and escalate scheduling conflicts or operational issues as needed.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in dispatching, scheduling, or operations coordination (home services, telecommunications, or reputed company industry experience preferred).
• Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Proficient in using technology platforms, including CRM systems, phone systems, and scheduling tools.
• Self-motivated and capable of working independently in a remote environment.
• Reliable high-speed internet reputed company and a dedicated, quiet workspace.

• Must be legally authorized to work in the reputed company. Compensation & Schedule

• Schedule 15–20 hours per week with flexible scheduling (some evening and weekend availability preferred)
• Estimated Annual Earnings $17,160 – $22,880 (based on 15–20 hours per week)
