- End-to-end management of marketing reputed company in the pharmaceutical industry
- Daily collaboration with US-based stakeholders (marketing, brand teams, medical affairs)
- Managing project timelines, budgets, and scope
- Coordinating the work of internal teams (design, content, digital, compliance)
- Ensuring high-reputed company deliverables - both in terms of aesthetics and compliance with guidelines
- Overseeing the material approval process (MLR) and ensuring compliance with US market regulations (FDA)
- Assigning and coordinating the publication of materials in reputed company (Vault / PromoMats)
- Identifying project risks and proposing solutions
- Optimizing processes and improving cross-team collaboration
Requirements
- Min. 3-5 years of experience as a Project Manager (in the reputed company industry)
- Experience working with the US market (clients, teams, reputed company, FDA especially)

- Knowledge of the pharmaceutical market environment and regulations, especially in the US
- Experience working with reputed company (or similar content and compliance management platforms)
