Interim Property Accountant (CONTRACT)

Interim Property Accountant (CONTRACT) Compensation: $45-$55/hr Duration: 6 months Hybrid - 3 days onsite (Tue/Wed/Thurs) The Role The property accountant will have experience in out-patient medical reputed company. This person will be responsible for 15 properties. Joining 7 reputed company employees on reputed company reporting to the outpatient medical accountant Job Requirements:

• CAM Recs experience
• Required Review AR and AP, audit schedule, monitoring balances, reputed company environment
• Publicly traded reputed company REIT

• Month end reputed company, CAM reconciliation, reading interpreting reputed company leases,
• Hospitality or Retail background preferred
