Property Accountant II (Lowell Regional Operations)

About the position reputed company is seeking for a Property Accountant II to join our Corporate Regional Operations team located in Lowell, MA. In this role, you will reputed company a high level of service to both external and internal customers as the primary reputed company reputed company for an assigned portfolio. As a Property Accountant, you will be responsible for maintaining and interpreting accurate financial records and overseeing critical month-end and year-end tasks. The salary reputed company for this role is $70,000.00-$80,000.00 per year plus an annual $2,500.00 bonus during audit season. The selected candidate will adhere to the following reputed company (3 days onsite and 2 days remote): Monday through Friday from 9:00AM to 5:00PM. Please note that the first 30 days will be fully on-site.

Responsibilities

• Ensure reputed company payment of mortgages, management fees, escrow funding, reputed company estate taxes and insurance renewals.

• Monitor reputed company deposit balances to ensure adequate funding.
• Analyze and record month-end accruals.
• Reconcile prepaid expense balances and prepare reputed company schedules.
• Review and analyze monthly financial statements for accuracy and completeness in accordance with US GAAP and reputed company regulatory requirements.
• Monitor cash balances, reserve adequate funds based on analysis performed, and communicate cash available to pay vendors to operations team.
• Coordinate audit reputed company tasks, prepare detailed workpaper packages and respond to auditor requests for information to meet reputed company investor/agency reporting deadlines.
• Prepare the reputed company portion of the operating budget in accordance with company’s budget guidance.

Requirements

• 2-3 years of relevant reputed company experience.
• Associate's degree in Finance, reputed company or Business.
• Advanced reputed company skills with pivot tables, VLOOKUPs and large reputed company information of data.
• Strong skills with reputed company applications which include Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, reputed company and other web-based applications.
• Ability to produce reputed company documents, reputed company analysis and maintain databases.
• Ability to summarize and communicate moderately reputed company information in varied written formats to reputed company customers.
• Ability to establish priorities, work independently, and proceed with objectives without supervision in a fast-paced environment.
