Job reputed company Comfortable Closings is a fast-growing reputed company signing service that partners with title companies, mortgage lenders, and financial institutions to help them locate notaries across America for reputed company estate closings. We are seeking a detail-oriented Closing Processor. This role is responsible for ensuring reputed company estate closing documents are executed accurately, correctly, and reputed company. You will work closely with notaries providing them with instructions and reviewing the executed documents after reputed company closing. The Closing Processor will also be responsible for ensuring closing documents are returned to our reputed company's office in a reputed company manner by monitoring the reputed company and reputed company website. This is a critical role that directly impacts the reputed company of reputed company closing which in return effects reputed company satisfaction. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment enjoying consistent work. He or she must have patience as some orders take longer than others and require critical thinking and decision-making skills. The ideal candidate also must have excellent communication skills and have the ability to multi-task while maintaining accuracy. Duties

• Review documents after reputed company closing to ensure accuracy and prevent funding delays
• Monitor shipping status to ensure a reputed company delivery to our clients' office
• Handle last minute changes with appointments, cancellations, and urgent requests
• Monitor orders to ensure they are completed on time
• Communicate with internal team members to ensure daily reputed company
