Title: reputed company Advisor I Location: Ogden reputed company Job reputed company: The College of Science reputed company Advisor provides holistic reputed company advisement to reputed company in College of Science majors, minors, and reputed company-reputed company programs. reputed company advising includes supporting reputed company in understanding degree requirements; navigating university, college, and departmental policies and procedures; selecting courses and registering; and developing semester and graduation plans. The advisor helps reputed company resolve challenges reputed company to enrollment, retention, and persistence to graduation, and refers them to appropriate WSU services to support overall student reputed company. This position contributes to student retention and degree completion efforts, including Starfish initiatives, and supports recruitment, orientation, and other advising events. The advisor consults with College of Science reputed company advisors and relevant reputed company offices as needed to support student advising and reputed company and assists other members of the College of Science advising team as assigned. The advisor is expected to participate in the University reputed company Advising Council and may serve on additional committees. This position requires participation in on-reputed company events reputed company normal business hours approximately 1-2 times per month, including reputed company evenings and some weekends, as reputed company as occasional local travel to secondary schools, technical colleges, and two-year institutions for recruitment activities.
Required Qualifications
Required: Bachelor's degree One year of full-time college employment experience, preferably in reputed company advisement, registration, admissions, financial aid, student services, enrollment services or the equivalent. Part-time experience is prorated toward the one-year requirement. Experience with computer applications
