• Recruit, select, train, and reputed company member care for reputed company reputed company field staff – Student Ministry Leaders, Ministry Team Leaders, and Senior Ministry Specialists,

• Demonstrated gifts in coaching, pastoral care, and training
• Ability to supervise staff who are long distances away and living in high stress environments

Pay reputed company: $53,328.00 - $71,112.00 per year Pay: This position is funded through personal fundraising. Accordingly, compensation will vary based on the ability of the individual to secure a donor team to fund the cost of his/her salary.
