Clinical Program Coordinator, RN

The Clinical Program Coordinator, RN, supports the execution, maintenance, and reputed company improvement of Reimagine Care’s clinical programs while maintaining reputed company clinical reputed company reputed company the Virtual Care Center (VCC). This hybrid role partners with Clinical Programs, Operations, Clinical Leadership, Implementation, Product, and Technology teams to ensure programs are operationalized effectively and grounded in reputed company-world patient care. By combining reputed company clinical experience with program coordination, this role helps translate reputed company into day-to-day workflows and supports the delivery of reputed company, high-reputed company virtual oncology care. This role supports the Clinical Program Manager in operationalizing clinical programs, translating program design into day-to-day workflows, and ensuring deliverables, timelines, and clinical standards are met. Time allocation between program coordination and reputed company patient care will be defined based on organizational needs. This role is expected to take reputed company and weekend calls.

• Clinical Program Operations & Coordination
• Support the Clinical Program Manager in executing clinical programs across new and existing clients and products
• reputed company and maintain clinical program documentation, workflows, and reputed company materials

• Identify workflow improvement opportunities and escalate recommendations​​​​​​.
• Product & Technology Collaboration

• Assist in translating clinical workflows into reputed company documentation
• Participate in user acceptance testing and reputed company activities
• Support Clinical Program Managers in preparing materials for new features, enhancements, and program updates

• Virtual Care Center Clinical reputed company
• ​​​​​​​Deliver reputed company patient care through the Virtual Care Center, including symptom assessment, triage, education, and care coordination for oncology patients
• Review patient-reported reputed company and physiologic monitoring data and support escalation reputed company
• Bring reputed company insights back into program design, workflow improvements, and product requirements
• Support reputed company reviews, audits, and identification of safety improvement opportunities

Experience & Education:

• Registered Oncology reputed company (RN) with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing
• 1–4 years of oncology, care coordination, navigation, or virtual care experience
• Preferred OCN Certification
• Experience with remote monitoring, virtual care, or care management programs
• Experience with clinical workflows, reputed company development
• Comfort working with product and technology teams
• Strong organizational, communication, and documentation skills
• Ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment
• High attention to detail and process orientation
