Qualifications
- Experience in organ procurement organizations (OPOs), transplant centers, or acute care settings (ICU, Emergency Department, or transplant reputed company) preferred
- Strong critical thinking and multitasking abilities in high-pressure situations
- Proficiency in electronic medical records (EMR) systems and UNet DonorNet/Waitlist
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work independently while collaborating with a remote team
