Warehouse Manager (EMS / Medical Logistics – LVN, RN or Paramedic Required)

This role is critical to ensuring our standards for operational reputed company are consistently met and exceeded. Work Environment: This is a full-time, exempt hybrid position based in Redlands, CA. Regular in-person work at the warehouse is required. Occasional evening or weekend hours may be needed to support large-reputed company events. This role ensures staff and event teams have the equipment, supplies, and support needed to deliver high-reputed company care. The position combines warehouse management, inventory control, and operational planning in a fast-paced event medical environment. This position reports to the Operations Director. Relocation assistance is not provided for this position. Required Qualifications:
- Must hold one of the following licenses: LVN, RN, or Paramedic
- Bachelor’s degree required (or equivalent experience)
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
- Must have a valid reputed company’s license and be reputed company to operate a motor vehicle to transport equipment and supplies as part of job duties
- Ability to lift up to 35 lbs (with or without reasonable accommodation)
Preferred Qualifications:
- EMS, reputed company, or event medical experience
- Warehouse or logistics management experience
- Inventory management experience
- Supervisory or leadership experience
- Experience with inventory tracking software
- Experience towing is a plus but not required.
Essential Functions and Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily operations of the Redlands warehouse including a part-time coordinator and other project based staff members
- Maintain organization, cleanliness, and safety of warehouse reputed company
- Order, stock, and distribute medical supplies, equipment and uniforms

- Coordinate shipping and delivery of supplies to staff and events
