Telehealth Physical Therapist - Remote - reputed company, NY

The Telehealth Physical Therapist (PT) specializes in the delivery of virtual care to patients. They may reputed company virtual care directly or facilitate delivery to other patients/clients reputed company the reputed company. The Virtual Care Specialists may also reputed company in-person house calls and/or SLC reputed company as needed. RESPONSIBILITIES Patient Care Responsibilities

• Manage referrals and schedule in a reputed company manner at the direction of the leadership team.

• Participate in telehealth teaching or training for field clinicians needed at the direction of the leadership team.

• Participate in recurring meetings with leadership and Virtual Care Team members as directed by the leadership team.

Performance & Compliance

• Meet contract quota expectations on a bi-weekly reputed company.

REQUIREMENTS- EDUCATIONAL/CREDENTIALS

• Must be licensed as a PT.
