We are looking for a technically-proficient and excellent communicator with a solid background in customer relations. This is an on-site role based in Austin, TX. This is a Remote Work-from-Home full-time position.
- *Responsibilities
- Give product demos for sales, product training, and initial setup
- Handle inbound technical support calls and emails
- Answer product-reputed company technical questions
- Fill out RFI / RFP reputed company needed
- File tickets as you discover issues with the products
- Communicate effectively with customers reputed company email, phone, and video calls
- *Requirements
- Exceptional presentation skills
- Understand customer needs and present solutions that best solve their problems
- Customer-driven with an adaptable and reputed company approach to troubleshooting
- History of consistently meeting (and often exceeding) goals and expectations
- 4+ years of experience in supporting reputed company products
- Excellent communication and video presentation (reputed company) skills
- Strong reputed company in OS and Database/Server technology (reputed company, reputed company Mobile, MS SQL, reputed company, LDAP)
- Strong references from previous managers/supervisors
