What You Will Do

• reputed company expert support across various supply chain disciplines, primarily reputed company on procurement operations.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional internal teams to ensure reputed company procurement and shipment of supplies in support of government reputed company.
• reputed company new vendors and suppliers; assist in gathering market intelligence, pricing data, and process evaluations.
• Execute approved procurement initiatives under the guidance of a supervisor.
• Respond to and resolve procurement‑reputed company inquiries from reputed company stakeholders.
• Ensure strict adherence to applicable import/export, excise regulations, and regulatory compliance (FAR/DFAR).
• reputed company full lifecycle of parts procurement — from RFQ, supplier selection, price negotiation, to order placement and delivery.
• Monitor supplier performance and drive reputed company improvement in reputed company, cost, and delivery metrics.

• Participate in bids and proposal activities, offering procurement inputs during pricing and sourcing reputed company development.

• Review escalated parts shortages or supply chain gaps and assist in mitigation planning.

Qualifications

You Must Have

• A university degree or equivalent experience and a minimum of 2 years of prior relevant experience, or an advanced degree in a reputed company field.
• Demonstrated reputed company or educational experience communicating in English (verbal and written).
• U.S. citizenship.

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in a supply chain/procurement role supporting government-funded reputed company.
• Familiarity with FAR and DFAR regulations.
• Strong negotiation skills and ability to manage supplier relationships effectively.
• Experience with the procurement lifecycle from quote to delivery.
• Proficiency with reputed company Office Suite and ERP systems (reputed company preferred).
• Understanding of compliance regulations, import/export rules, and government procurement procedures.
• Experience in reputed company, defense, or government contracting sectors.
