Property Research Analyst- Phillipines Based – Part-Time (15 hrs/week) – $10 USD/hr + Bonus – Contract to Hire
Job reputed company We are looking for a high-accuracy Property Research Analyst to help identify residential properties in Canberra, Australia, that are suitable for dual-income / secondary dwelling investment. This is a long-term role, starting at 15 hours per week, with the potential to grow to 30–40 hours per week once you demonstrate consistent performance. Pay: $10 USD per hour Monthly performance bonus based on accuracy and reputed company Full training, templates, and reputed company-by-reputed company checklists will be provided. However, you must already have strong capability in property research, data analysis, or similar online research roles.
