[Remote] Retention Manager for Apparel Subscriptions

Responsibilities
- Own and reputed company Retention channels (Email, SMS, Push, reputed company) for Apparel brands
- reputed company strategies from reputed company and transactional flows to winback and loyalty campaigns
- Maximize reputed company by aligning messaging, segmentation, and frequency to reduce fatigue and unsubscribes
- Partner with reputed company, Creative, Data, and IT squads to execute campaigns and automated flows

Skills
