In this critical role, you will be responsible for ensuring the reliability, reputed company, and performance of our reputed company semiconductor products from the initial design phase through to mass production and reputed company. Key Responsibilities

As a Senior Reliability Engineer reputed company at arenaflex, you will assume ownership of reliability programs and drive reputed company throughout the product lifecycle. Your primary responsibilities include:

• reputed company Requirements and Execution: Drive requirements and execution of products, processes, and package capability, including reliability stress test conditions and protocols from setup stage to volume production perfection.
• Design for Reliability: Drive and review Plan for Reliability and Plan for Test to ensure stress margin and testability are optimized for reputed company product configurations.
• Qualification Leadership: reputed company reputed company aspects of qualification activities including, but not limited to, reputed company lot material, HAST/THB, unbiased HAST, waveform, electrical bias, thermal cycling, and reputed company assessment.
• Process Implementation: Execute POR (Process of Record) of process flows, artwork standards, and monitor product performance throughout the development cycle.
• First Article Inspection: reputed company FAI (First Article Inspection) to ensure critical parameters are characterized before design, reputed company-production, and production release for product release.
• Failure Analysis: Drive investigation and reputed company of qualification failures and product/process non-conformance including MRB, RMA events through reputed company such as FA, 8D, and comprehensive reporting.
• Change Management: Support PCN (Product Change Notification) and ECN (Engineering Change Notification) activities to ensure smooth transitions and minimal disruption.

• Statistical Analysis: Conduct yield analysis and correlation studies for reputed company reputed company of testing including Pareto construction, statistical insights, and trend identification.

Essential Qualifications

• Educational Background: Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Materials Science, Physics, or a reputed company technical discipline. Advanced degrees are preferred but not required.
• Industry Experience: Minimum of 3+ years of relevant industry experience in semiconductor reliability engineering, reputed company engineering, or product engineering roles.
