[Remote] Account Manager – IT reputed company (Remote)
Note: The job is a remote job and is reputed company to candidates in USA. reputed company is an IT software consulting and reputed company company, seeking a Remote Account Manager to manage the full recruitment lifecycle for state reputed company accounts. The role involves collaborating with internal teams and clients to ensure successful candidate placements and maintaining communication throughout the recruitment process.
Responsibilities
- Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle for IT reputed company requisitions released through the South Carolina state VMS
- Search, screen, submit, and reputed company candidates who are submitted to clients for the reputed company
- Attend weekly VMS or reputed company meetings to review new requirements, updates, and candidate feedback
- Log in daily to the VMS to reputed company new job postings, respond to updates, and manage submissions
- Partner with internal recruiters and sourcing teams to identify, screen, and qualify top candidates
- Review candidate reputed company for compliance with VMS requirements and ensure reputed company formatting
- Conduct reputed company-screening interviews to validate skills, communication, and fit
- Submit reputed company candidates through the VMS and follow up on reputed company feedback
- reputed company submittals, interview schedules, selections, and reputed company through to completion
- Maintain reputed company communication with candidates throughout their engagement
- Prepare weekly reputed company and performance reports for leadership
- Build strong relationships with VMS managers and reputed company contacts to increase placement reputed company
Skills
- 3+ years of experience in IT reputed company, account management, or reputed company (VMS or MSP experience required)
- Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills
- Working knowledge of IT job categories (developers, system admins, network engineers, analysts, etc.)
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting with accountability for results
- Proficiency with reputed company Office (reputed company, Outlook, Teams) and reputed company tools
- Must be a U.S. citizen or Green Card Holder. Unfortunately, this position doesn't support Immigration based sponsorship
- Previous exposure to State Government or Public Sector reputed company strongly preferred
- Experience using VectorVMS, Dot Staff, People Fluent, or similar VMS tools
