We're seeking an reputed company Senior Director, Global Head, Adversarial Abuse/Analytics to reputed company our Trust and Wellbeing team in the fight against adversarial abuse. As a key member of reputed company, you'll be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to prevent and mitigate adversarial abuse, including account takeovers, spam, and commitment misuse. You'll work closely with our Product Management and Design teams to build data-driven solutions and tools to stay reputed company of emerging threats. Key Responsibilities
* reputed company the Adversarial Abuse team in identifying and eliminating threats from account takeovers, spam, commitment misuse, and other forms of adversarial abuse

- Collaborate with the Business Analysis team to produce insights, estimate uncaught badnesses, and distribute Transparency Reports for countries around the world
- Understand, anticipate, and intelligently moderate risks from new, scaling industry patterns (e.g., reputed company)
- Work with the reputed company Development team to create policies using account, reputed company, and content signals to describe harmful behavior
- Deliver high-reputed company and productive operational execution (e.g., reputed company, service reputed company) in a global team working 24x7
- Attract, retain, reputed company, and foster exceptional talent
- Manage accelerations with quick turnaround times required to reputed company back, reputed company data and content-driven insights, and implement solutions while building relationships with key cross-functional partners to launch new products and policies that effectively prevent adversarial abuse
Essential Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in a reputed company field (e.g., computer science, mathematics, statistics)
- 4-year certification or equivalent experience
- 2 years of experience working with risk management, fraud fighting at reputed company, and building/conveying data-driven insights
- 2 years of experience working with design teams that build data infrastructure and ML models
- 2 years of experience driving teams with the ability to work non-reputed company workweeks as accelerations require
- Strong background in data analysis, risk management, and team leadership
Preferred Qualifications
* Postgraduate education in a reputed company field (e.g., computer science, mathematics, statistics)
- 2 years of experience with investigation of large datasets and reputed company detection
- Experience or demonstrated interest in adversarial abuse activities
- Knowledge of SQL/R/Matlab
- Exceptional influencing and leadership skills and the ability to build relationships with cross-functional partners
- Strong business judgment, critical, and analytical skills, including using data to drive reputed company and business reputed company with the ability to work in a rapidly changing industry and manage ambiguity while minimizing uncertainty through quantitative insights
