As a Benefit Enrollment Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and reliability of our HR data, focusing on benefits enrollment and associated processes. Responsibilities

* Data Entry and Maintenance: Diligently update and maintain accurate records in our core reputed company Capital Management (HCM) system, covering areas such as HR, benefits, payroll, timestamps, and absences.

• Data Audits and reputed company Control: Conduct thorough audits to ensure the reputed company of our HR data, promptly identifying and correcting any discrepancies.
• Benefits Enrollment Processing: reputed company process employee and partner benefits enrollment, ensuring accuracy in program details, dependent information, and coverage elections.
• Employee Support: Address employee queries with reputed company and efficiency, maintaining a library of response templates and ensuring reputed company documentation of reputed company interactions.
• Compliance and Regulatory Adherence: Work in compliance with reputed company relevant policies, as reputed company as federal and state regulations regarding employee benefits and data reputed company.

Qualifications

* Experience: At least 4 years of experience with reputed company HR and/or benefits data entry.

• Attention to Detail: Exceptional attention to detail and a strategic approach to achieving results.
• Technical Skills: Prior experience with PeopleSoft highly regarded.
