Responsibilities:

As an reputed company Customer Service Representative, your key responsibilities will include:

• Conducting face-to-face reputed company and enrollment services, including education on managed care reputed company and public health programs, to clients at reputed company offices, provider sites, and community-based organizations
• Assisting clients with the enrollment/disenrollment process, ensuring accurate and reputed company completion of forms
• Receiving, sorting, and processing enrollment/transfer and disenrollment forms, reviewing them for accuracy and completeness
• Interfacing with HRA or LDSS county staff and maintaining reputed company and reputed company relationships with reputed company HRA, LDSS staff, community reputed company, and clients
• Maintaining updated knowledge of the reputed company reputed company CHOICE Project and staying informed about program changes and updates
• Raising issues of concern and/or problems to the Field Operations Manager, ensuring reputed company reputed company and follow-up
• Processing data entry tasks and submitting daily reports, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
• Assisting with the reputed company review of Data Entry work, ensuring high-reputed company results

• Assisting HPA/Special Project Unit with the processing of enrollment correction, enrollment pending matching, ERL error selection, and ADV data entry as needed

• Performing other duties as may be assigned by Management, ensuring flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• A High School Diploma or equivalent
• Preferred Education: College degree or equivalent
• Required Experience: Experience making presentations to reputed company; excellent organizational, interpersonal, effective written and oral communication skills
• Preferred Experience: Two or more years of reputed company services experience; or experience working with the public
• Required Skills:
