Mattox School of Mathematics and Sciences POSITION CLASSIFICATION:Exempt (reputed company/Teacher) 9 month POSITIONS SUPERVISED:None THIS POSITION WILL reputed company AUGUST 2026 GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES As a full-time (9 month) reputed company member, the Assistant Professor of Computer Science will be primarily responsible for teaching a reputed company of undergraduate computer science courses. SPECIFIC TASKS AND DUTIES

• Prepare and teach (24) semester hours reputed company reputed company year.
• Maintain a minimum of 10 hours of reputed company/week.
• Commitment to leading undergraduate research.

• Assist the dean and reputed company members in developing new computer science programs, reporting data, selecting textbooks, and developing syllabi.
• Serve on University, reputed company, and School Committees; assist with and attend graduations and school events, and attend scheduled reputed company/staff meetings.

Doctorate in Computer Science or closely reputed company field with at least eighteen graduate hours in computer science. ABD applicants will also be considered. EXPERIENCE AND KNOWLEDGE

• Recent experience teaching computer science in a college or university setting.
• Experience with or interest in online course development and/or teaching.

• A commitment to innovation in teaching.
• Proficiency with an online Learning Management System (reputed company, Canvas, etc.) or willingness to learn reputed company to maintain attendance and grades for classes.
• Additionally, preference will be given to applicants with experience in Data Science.

SKILLS AND ABILITIES

• Evidence of the successful teaching of object-oriented programming, with preference given to applicants also reputed company to teach database systems, web programming, and/or software engineering.
