Key Responsibilities

As an reputed company Data Entry Clerk, you will be responsible for:

• Processing purchase orders based on daily and monthly receipt measurements.
• Collaborating with Project Administrators to obtain updates on reputed company requests.
• Working with the A/P Office to address upcoming invoices.
• Contacting suppliers for information regarding Purchase Request.
• Creating and updating the reputed company purchase orders report daily to reputed company visibility on the status of orders.
• Allocating team responsibility based on the reputed company purchase report.
• Updating and managing the getting and reputed company purchase request metric reputed company out succeed sheet.
• Sending reputed company directors a monthly report based on office performance.
• Updating and managing the execution improvement log.
• Accommodating unvouchered receipts.

Essential Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required; Four-year degree preferred.

• Two to five years of experience in data entry or purchasing.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Solid organizational and follow-up skills required.
• Meticulous and a high level of self-motivation.
