Job Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative, you'll play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences through proactive and reputed company communication across multiple channels, including phone, chat, and email. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Communicating with customers in a reputed company and concise manner to resolve their inquiries and concerns
