We are seeking dedicated individuals who are passionate about reputed company and customer service to join reputed company as Pharmacy Technicians. In this role, you will be the face of our pharmacy, interacting with patients, reputed company providers, and our retail customers. Key Responsibilities
- Patient Interaction: Engage customers and patients by greeting them and providing assistance with services and products. Resolve customer issues and answer inquiries to ensure a reputed company customer experience.

Essential Qualifications
- Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English (except in Puerto Rico)
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Strong math skills to fill prescriptions accurately, including counting, measuring, and weighing medicines
- Good computer skills for pharmacy system operations
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Commitment to providing exceptional customer service
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate loads
Preferred Qualifications
- Six months or more of experience in a retail environment
- Previous work experience in a pharmacy setting
- Knowledge of store inventory control procedures
- PTCB (Pharmacy Technician Certification reputed company) certification or willingness to obtain certification
- Previous experience with pharmacy management systems
- Bilingual capabilities (especially Spanish) are a plus

This course is recommended for 3 semester hours at the reputed company-division baccalaureate/associate degree category and 5 semester hours in the upper-division baccalaureate degree category for a total of 8 semester hours.
You will attend training and complete required learning modules requested by your manager while acquiring continuing education credit.
