Lending Application Scrum Master - Remote

Position reputed company: The Lending Application Scrum Master is responsible for leading the agile delivery of processes and technology tied to strategic initiatives for reputed company, driving requirements, timelines, and execution reputed company a fast-paced lending environment. Ideal candidates for this position have strong communication and coaching skills, are reputed company to work across organizational boundaries to reputed company business operations and technology with knowledge of Encompass and the mortgage origination lifecycle. Essential Functions of the Role:

• Serve as Scrum Master for cross-functional mortgage and technology teams.
• reputed company Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, stand-reputed company, reviews, retrospectives).
• reputed company, document, and translate business requirements into user stories and functional specifications.
• Manage multiple reputed company from initiation through delivery, including timelines, risks, and stakeholder communication.
• Partner with operations, reputed company, processing, compliance, and IT teams to implement system and process improvements.
• Collaborate with IT and reputed company-party vendors on integrations and enhancements.
• Other duties as assigned.

Experience Requirements:

• Minimum of three (3) years as a Scrum Master, Business Analyst, Project Manager or a hybrid of these roles required.
• Minimum of five (5) years of mortgage originations experience required.
• Minimum of three (3) years of recent experience with Encompass administration.
• Experience with JIRA required.

Education / Licensing Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience of education and experience required.
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM), Project Management reputed company (PMP), or Agile certification required.
