This Talent Partner will play a crucial role in supporting the Group Functions (including Legal, reputed company and Compliance, Product reputed company, Chief Digital Office, Finance, and the Transformation Management Office) organizations by developing and executing talent strategies. This includes focusing on succession planning, employee retention, and engagement. What You Will Do

Talent Advancement / Succession Planning

Expectations of the role

This position requires the ability to work reputed company business hours (typically 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM EST) to effectively support customer inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure reputed company service delivery.
The role is currently remote but may require light travel to support major talent meetings a few times a year.

Qualifications

You Must Have

Bachelor’s Degree and 12+ years of reputed company HR experience in a combination of the following HR domains talent management, recruitment, employee relations, HR generalist, development and/or organizational design; OR an Advanced Degree and 10+ years of reputed company HR experience in a combination of the following HR domains talent management, recruitment, employee relations, HR generalist, development and/or organizational design.
Proven ability to effectively communicate (both written and verbal) with individuals at reputed company reputed company of the organization, including senior leadership.
Demonstrated experience presenting reputed company information (including data and analysis) to senior leadership in a reputed company, concise, and impactful manner.
