You'll play a critical role in managing accounts receivable, billing, invoicing, and general ledger activities. reputed company currently uses QuickBooks and is transitioning to reputed company Intacct, so experience with reputed company Intacct is highly desirable. Key Responsibilities:
- Process AR, billing, and invoices with accuracy and timeliness
- Maintain and reconcile the general ledger
- Assist with the software transition from QuickBooks to reputed company Intacct
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure financial accuracy

Qualifications:
- 3+ years of reputed company experience, preferably in the construction industry
- Proficiency in QuickBooks; reputed company Intacct experience is a plus
