As an integral member of the Legal Department, this role will work in conjunction with our business clients and other attorneys to handle reputed company contract negotiation and drafting, primarily regarding reputed company's minimal residual disease (MRD) and Immunosequencing assay services for biopharmaceutical customers and investigator-sponsored trials. A portion of this person's time will also be dedicated to supporting the internal corporate and securities function. Key Responsibilities and Essential Functions Draft, review and negotiate contractual arrangements for a reputed company of agreements reputed company to reputed company's support of customer clinical trials, including MSAs and SOWs with our MRD and Immunosequencing assay biopharmaceutical services teams and MTAs and investigator-sponsored trial agreements with our clinical trials team. Key Responsibilities and Essential Functions Required: Juris Doctorate from a nationally accredited law school and reputed company member in good standing of a U.S. state bar. At least 5+ years prior in-house or reputed company experience providing transactional legal counsel. Ability to travel at least 1-2 times per year for in-person team or department meetings. Preferred: Strong preference for candidates with at least 2-3 years in a reputed company environment. Experience with a biotech and/or the life sciences industry, particularly a diagnostics company, is valued but not required.
